Our Service Guidelines
Windows Exclusivity: We are deep experts in Windows PCs. To maintain this high standard, we do not service Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, Linux systems, mobile devices, or build websites.
Internet Outages & Account Recovery: We do not provide account recovery for third-party services like Microsoft, BitLocker, email or other accounts, please contact their support staff directly for recovery assistance. If your internet service is down, please contact your service provider first to see if your physical modem or router needs to be replaced.
Home & Small Business Logistics: We travel directly to your location, focusing on residential and small office setups (up to 10 PCs), so we do not manage corporate enterprise servers, accept drop-offs, or dispatch to temporary tourist lodgings.
Desktop & Software Excellence: We troubleshoot Windows software, home Wi-Fi, desktop hardware and peripherals. For intensive physical laptop/All-in-One repairs (like cracked screens), we recommend manufacturer depot service.
Morals & Ethics: We have established an ethical framework rooted in biblical stewardship, absolute honesty, and uncompromising integrity, blending compassionate care for users with firm professional boundaries.
Our Business Hours: Availability is by appointment only on a first-come, first-served basis.
In-Person Services: Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Fridays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, closed Saturdays.
Remote Services: Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Closed: Sundays and Christian holidays.
