What We Do Not Fix

To keep our Windows services focused, there are a few things we do not handle:

Internet Service Outages: Always contact your Internet Service Provider for support before scheduling any services with us.
Apple Devices or Other Operating Systems: We do not service Apples, Macs, iPhones, iPads, Chromebooks, or Linux computers.
Physically Damaged Laptops: We do not fix broken parts, cracked screens, liquid spills, broken hinges, or dead internal batteries.
Passwords & Locked Accounts: We do not bypass or recover lost passwords, locked social media or email accounts.
Large Offices & Servers: We do not manage large corporate networks, computer servers, or offices with 11 or more computers.
Structural Network Wiring: We do not run cables through walls or ceilings, or install wall jacks.
Outside Our Service Area: We do not offer in-person services outside 25 miles of Great Barrington, Massachusetts.
