What We Do Not Fix

To keep our Windows services focused, there are a few things we do not handle:

Internet Service Outages: Always contact your Internet Service Provider for support before scheduling with us.
Apple Devices or Other Operating Systems: We do not service Apples, Macs, iPhones, iPads, Chromebooks, or Linux.
Physically Damaged Laptops: We do not fix broken keys, ports, hinges, cracked screens, liquid spills, or batteries.
Passwords & Locked Accounts: We do not bypass or recover lost passwords, locked social media or email accounts.
Large Offices & Servers: We do not manage corporate networks, domains, servers, or offices with more than 10 PCs.
Structural Network Wiring: Always contact your electrician for structural wiring and wall jack installations.
Outside Our Service Area: We only offer in-person services within 25 miles of Great Barrington, Massachusetts.
